    Maybe I’m missing something, but why do you need a POS system to run an online store? I read your post a few times and I don’t get it (and I run an online store…). I’m not trying to bust on your post, I’m really just asking. I’ll look out for your reply.

    I have worked for about a dozen different companies that didn’t use POS software and at least half of them went out of business within the first 5 years of doing business. It just makes sense to have it if your going to be in retail.
